We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

- Office cleaning
- Sofa & carpet cleaning
- Kitchen & bathroom cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Sanitization services
2. Service Booking & Confirmation
- Services can be booked through our website, phone, or authorized representatives.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation or written confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may vary depending on property size, service scope, and location.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Additional services requested during the job may incur extra charges.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation made 24 hours before scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before service may attract a cancellation fee.
- No refund will be provided once the service has started or is completed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address and contact details.
- Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Inform us about fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before service begins.
- Provide electricity and water access where required.
Clean Maadi shall not be responsible for damages caused due to pre-existing conditions, poor installations, or concealed defects.
6. Damages & Liability
- Our team takes utmost care while delivering services.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the service amount paid for that booking.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Service Guarantee
- We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Service quality issues must be notified within 24 hours.
- Rework requests will be reviewed and scheduled at our discretion.
8. Use of Website
- Not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
- Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
- Provide true and accurate information while booking services.
All website content including logos, text, graphics, and branding belong to RP INFOCARE PVT LTD and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.
11. Modification of Terms
RP INFOCARE PVT LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
