Clean Maadi is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services booked through our platform. By booking our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Cancellation Before Service

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may attract a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

2. Cancellation After Service Starts

  • No refund will be provided once the cleaning service has started.
  • If the service is completed, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Service Quality Concerns

  • If you are not satisfied with the service quality, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We may offer a rework or corrective service at our discretion.
  • Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect address or denied access at the time of service.
  • Failure to provide electricity or water (if required).
  • Pre-existing damages or poor installations.
  • Change of mind after service completion.
